Dry Needling
Dry needling is the Western approach to acupuncture, based on Western anatomy and research. We utilize neuromusculoskeletal techniques to reduce muscle trigger points, improve scar mobility, reduce myofascial restrictions, and improve nerve function nerve function
Home Program
Some injuries require exercises that will stimulate, strengthen, or mobilize tissue to allow for full healing to occur and return to activity. We educate and give our clients the specific exercises they need to recover (usually less than 3 exercises total)
Class IV Laser Therapy
Treat inflammation with the most powerful class IV therapy laser. The Aspen Apex 45W laser can go deep into the body, and through bone, to treat the most difficult and nagging injuries, including spine injuries.
Education
Our goal is to educate clients on postural or work modifications that will reduce stress and inflammation in the body. A good clinician does not want patients to have to come back with the same injury.
Spinal Manipulation
Spinal manipulation is a technique that doctors, chiropractors, and physical therapists can use to mobilize the spine and other joints in the body. There are many benefits including: increased range of motion, reduced pain and muscle guarding, endorphin release, and reduced inflammation.
Soft Tissue Mobilization
We utilize instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, cupping, manual trigger point releases, nerve mobilization, and fascia mobilization techniques to improve the body's mobility and stimulate healing.
